Couples Counseling

0041_edited.jpg

The fundamental issue that most couples have is a lack of healthy communication. Some partners are simply unable to address their problems or are allowing past wounds to interfere with their current relationship. Other couples don’t understand why they seem to keep having the same argument, and their relationship feels stagnant.

As co-counselors, we work to provide balance in sessions to support each individual. We aim to create an environment where couples can tackle their issues and learn healthy strategies to grow their relationship.

We'll start with six 50-60 minute sessions, held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and then re-evaluate from there.
